"The manager Tony is an outstanding guy and definitely knows his way around a vehicle. However, I question the integrity and work of some of the mechanics that work there. For the few years I have been taking my truck there, all has been well until recently. This summer I needed a quick oil change and didn’t have time to do it myself so I took it to tires plus. All seemed good until recently when I went to change my oil and it felt like they put JB Weld around the seal of the oil filter. I went through 3 oil filter wrench’s and 2 screwdrivers just to break it lose. But I let that slide. Then, about 3 weeks ago I took my truck in for them to resurface the front rotors. Upon dropping my truck off, I instructed the mechanic that the key for the locking lug nuts was in the glove box. (Always was and never placed anywhere else). A few hours pass and I get a call from them saying that they can’t find the key. I told them that I knew for a fact that it was in there but went through everyone of my tool boxes just to be on the safe side. After a few more hours I get a call that my truck is done. When I get there to pick it up, one of the mechanics had dumped everything out of my glove box.....insurance papers, registration and all, right on the floor board and left it there. Along with pulling EVERYTHING out of the center console and just left it on the seat. At this point I had already decided that they had lost my business. But to top it all off, last night I went to rotate my tires only to find out that there was 3 lug nuts combined missing from the front wheels along with a bunch that were stripped to the point that no socket would bite. Extremely disappointed!!"

"We had used their services before and was very satisfied. It is best to make an appointment because they are very busy and walk-ins may be turned away depending on what service you need. I had a 9 a.m. appointment for new tires and was in and out in no time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. As I sat in the waiting area I was able to hear and see them interact with other customers and each other. They were very professional. Highly recommended."

"Bait and switch. Will not honor prices advertised through tire rack for mounting and balancing services. Prices are said to only be valid when tires are shipped directly to the store regardless of weather the tires are still packaged as delivered by TireRack"

"Caught a flat almost at closing time. They took me in a plugged my tire lickity split. Listened to a lot of satisfied customers while I waited 20 mins. Done. Fast service and friendly receptionists and mechanics that take pride in their work. They even let you keep the nail or switch blade lodged in your tire. I highly recommend."
