"Been to this location 4 different times over the past year and today is my last time I’m visting this location! EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here it is the worst customer service each visit has the same common issues. 1 they apparently HATE when you use a group on and do not want to complete all work included in your group on purchase.THEY DO NOT WANT TO ROTATE YOUR TIRES!! EVERY TECH THERE TRIES TO CONVINCE YOU THEY DONT NEED DONE!!!! Literally over a span of 30k miles they still don’t want to rotate them!! EVEN AFTER I EXPRESSED CONCERN GOING INTO THE WINTER SEASON! 2 I was told I could come back and top off my fluids and apparently they never carry my fluids so when I originally had them change my fluids out WHAT DID THEY USE !!!??? It’s plan as day they don’t care and I have over 40 years in customer service and I have given the benefit of the doubt too long! This review isn’t meant to detract customers from your business because this location is doing a great job at it by themselves, but please use this as an opportunity to talk to staff members there so they have a understanding of the importance of customer service. You already lost me as a customer and if nothing changes I’m sure you will lose more. YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE FULL CONTROL OVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS CARE !"

"The last time I was serviced there I specifically asked for an oil change and the rotation of my tires. As I was leaving, I noticed that the two front tires were not rotated. It was easy to spot due to the enhanced brake dust accumulation. However, they charged me 21.00 for the tire rotation. I confronted the service technician and he told me that the tires did not need to be rotated however they still charged me as if they did it. So on that note, I will never go there again and they lost a repeat customer!"
