"Got an oil change and the great mechanics never tightened my oil filter. Lost all oil pressure and now my truck knocks. They wont take responsibility either. It's a joke. They only make 12$ an hour if that. So they must love to take their frustrations out on customers cars. Pathetic"

"I stopped by to get a headlight replaced since the Kia dealership down the road charged me and didn’t do it. That’s another story. Anyway, they didn’t carry the bulbs but the manager told me to run down to the Napa down the street and get the bulb and he would change it. I came back as they were closing and he changed it with no cost. I will be coming back after this experience. Great customer service."
