"If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car in for a simple tire change and alignment. 3 hours later they never even started on my car. Needless to say I will never go to this Merchants ever again. The people there were nice but the actual service was useless."

"Had the best experience at Merchants today. Had to make a last min appt due to a nail in my tire that couldn't be patched. I had to purchase a tire and ended up getting all 4 replaced with the deal they recommended(But 2, get 2 Free). I eventually needed to get new tires anyway, so what the hell, right!! Anyway, during the visit I had the most pleasant conversations with the staff and other folks that were getting serviced. Very friendly and accommodating. Overall, my experience was great, I will definitely be coming here regularly from now on!"

"Great shop, fair, reasonable and fast. These guys have been fixing my flats for over 3 years and they've never done anything less than a great job. The staff is friendly and capable. On my last visit, the manager give me such a good offer on 4 tires that it was cheaper than costco, you know that's bottom price for tires.
Centrally located, you can pop in on your lunch break, have a flat fixed and return to work in the time it would take to have a two martini lunch (but don't drink and drive, especially with a flat tire). The location is busy but they manage it well, and you can park on the side.I also LOVE how the office feels because it reminds me of simpler times. It's not white and sparkly clean because it's proper auto shop, sit and wait or go somewhere else. You are not needed :)
