"Went to Jiffy Lube for the 1st time ever today. I was blown away by their customer service and timeliness. I pulled up at 4 PM and was immediately greeted by a smiling employee. After requesting their signature service, I sat down in the lobby, brewed a cup of coffee, and by 430 they had finished up. I hadn’t even finished my coffee yet.
My interactions with each employee were pleasant. They seemed genuinely happy, which is an uncommon sight at most national chains."

"I've been a customer at this location for several years now. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and professional - never pushy.
At my recent visit I was informed that this service location had new owners and they had increased the price of the oil change service considerably to ~$70. Moreover, I was told that they were extremely short-staffed and consequently the wait time was a minimum of an hour. I did notice that there was only 1 car inside and 2 waiting before me.
The employees were working very hard and tried to appear cheerful - but waiting for an hour is not what one expects from a quick oil change from Jiffy Lube.
The new owners must increase the number of staff and reconsider the price increase - else they will lose customers."
