"Good service and reasonable price. Took a little longer than expected and they try to sell you all sorts of additional unnecessary cleanings and maintenance. If I didn’t have a spine I’d have spent $500 but luckily got out for $120 for an engine air filter and a synthetic oil change. Not bad for the DC area, overall good experience."

"The Jiffy Lube website specifically says that they can run a diagnostics test on a check engine light. However, this location said that they don’t do that. This was rather annoying. A little more consistency would be nice especially since I have been using Jiffy Lube in various locations for years and have never been turned away from that type of service until today."

"I took my car for an oil change after calling to make sure they had time for me. As a woman dealing with car related issues, I tend to be super nervous since I feel as though I will be taken advantage of. To my delight, this did not happen at jiffy lube in Arlington. They were so kind and gracious and made me feel extremely comfortable. The man who did the oil change expressed that the last person who did it hadn’t done it correctly, but that he was able to remove the piece from beneath my truck to properly change the oil. I left feeling comfortable, satisfied, and as though I had found the place that I will return to each time I need an oil change. Thank you so much!"
