"Really wish I would have trusted the recent reviews. I was told they could do my brakes right away when I called. Went in, waited an hour in the cold waiting room while they “waited for parts to get there.” What? It would have taken me 15 to go to advanced auto parts and get my own, which in retrospect I should have done. Yikes. This place needs some serious work. The people working seem nice enough, but don’t offer a service if you’re not prepared. So mad. 2 hours later I’m still waiting in this cold waiting room, with no sign of progress. PLEASE DONT GO HERE."

"Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. This was my second time going to this particular Jiffy Lube. I was told there was a 45min wait. Two ladies were ahead of me. I paid for the Platinum oil change which included tire rotation and window treatment. After the oil was changed I noticed the two young men who were servicing my vehicle started bickering. There seemed to be an issue during the tire rotation and it appeared to be a problem. It took longer than usual and I watched them raise and lower my car several times. When I went to pay I asked about the window treatment and was told it was done but both my driver's side and passengers windows were rolled down as the were when I pulled in. Does the window treatment only cover windshield and rear window? When I got in my car there was no sticker stating mileage and date of service. Matter of fact the printout I was given was actually from my previous visit stating the old mileage. I may use Jiffy Lube again but I will never patronize this store again."

"Unhelpful and rude staff tried to upsell me on synthetic when I didn't need it otherwise wouldn't help me made me wait around and then refuse to change my oil cuz I had a drip of oil? Sounds like they're more interested in the upsell 2 synthetic untrustworthy place"
