"On October 3rd I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at this Jiffy lube. I paid $105.83 for oil change and air filter. The staff was big on the upsell and I went for the oil additives they suggested. Little good it did me, it is now all over I-81! Two hours into driving my daughter back to college on 8 October, my check engine light came on. Luckily we able to safely pull off the highway in middle-of-no-where PA. As it was 10:30 at night the best we could do was a tow to a nearby service center, a night in a shady hotel and a rental to get her back in time. After finding out the issue was a faulty oil change, a double 'O' ring so the filter was not properly sealed, and $800 later our van is back on the road. As a military family we have been all over this great nation, used Jiffy Lube for years, no longer will we take our business there, and would advise anyone else from trusting their vehicles or their LIVES to this company. We got most of our money back (none of our time) but highly recommend you look elsewhere for a service center you can trust and isn't trying to upsell at every turn! Be aware!"

"Was there for an entire hour for a simple oil change. Wasn't even busy, one other car. She had also been there for over an hour. Never again. The place needs a serious upgrade, and friendlier staff. $99.00 later and that's with a coupon. Ridiculous. Save your time and money - ill be going back to Valvoline 15 mins in and out!"
