"I checked the oil level when I got home after getting the oil change and it was almost a whole quart short on oil. Makes me wonder how poor the lower bay portion of the job could have been done. I normally would do my own oil changes because I don't trust these places but I cannot do them at the apartment complex I live at. I used to work for walmart performing oil changes in their tire lube center so I know what I am doing when it comes to oil changes. I also check their work on the oil filter and drain plug and luckily no leaks. I will never return to any jiffy lube. cannot be trusted."

"Service was decent. I usually get greeted by the employee but I didn’t this time. I didn’t receive the normal greeting nor was I asked about what type of service I needed. I had to remind the individual about what service I wanted to get. I also found a rag in my glove compartment that was left behind. I didn’t appreciate that. Overall the service is good but customer service needs a lot of improvement."

"Stopped in this afternoon for the first time and I was REALLY impressed. Every worker that I interacted with (at least 3) was so polite. They held doors, took time to explain their recommendations, and didn't try to push anything on me. They had an AC waiting area with comfy chairs, coffee, and tea. I was chilly in there and they offered me a seat at their picnic table where I could actually see work being done on my vehicle. First impressions are important when there are others in the area providing the same service and this Jiffy Lube location knocked it out of the park. Way to go!"
