Jiffy Lube - 110

"I have been going to these guys for my oil changes for a few years. They are fantastic: fast, friendly and courteous, and thorough. What I also like, besides that I never have to wait for long, is that though they will suggest additional services and products, they take "no" for an answer when I decline. There is nothing more maddening when someone is trying to sell you something and won't take your "no" for an answer. These guys are respectful. Totally appreciate that!"

"The staff is decent and the waiting area is clean. The staff are responsive upon entry and exit. The bay attendant who assisted me inside with my selection of services was a little difficult to understand at times, but was pleasant enough; since I only wanted a signature oil change, it was a fairly easy transaction. The waiting area was a little cold. Not sure if there is much that can be done about it; the doors are constantly being opened and closed by customers entering and exiting. Plus, it's winter here. I forgot that Jiffy Lube offers tire services and was reminded of that by the bay attendant. Very helpful than going to a garage (unless you have a warranty that includes free rotations). It sounds like the guy said they can replace tires, but I wasn't clear (nor did I require the service)."
