"The staff is amazing. I was told by another mechanic at different auto shop who changed my oil that my serpentine belt was so old it could snap at any minute while I was driving. My car was a safety hazard to drive yada yada... The mechanic who changed my oil was trying to charge me $180 to replace it then and there and was being really persuasive. I left anyways to check my options. Did a quick google search and honestly, Jiffy Lube was the last on my list to call, but I'm so glad I did. First of all, they'll have a mechanic check your belt to see if you even need to get it replaced and then if you, do it costs $99.99 at this location. Already a win in my book. I arrived later that day after calling. All 3 bays were full, but they still were very attentive and friendly when I got there. One of the mechanics brought me to the waiting room and said it would be a few minutes for them to check. after about 5 minutes the same mechanic said I still had quite a bit to go with my belt. The manufacturer recommends that it get replaced but my belt was nowhere near snapping. He said if I wanted to replace it that same day I could, but I really didn't need to. I opted to get it replaced since I was already there and it was over on miles. After another few minutes a different mechanic with a red shirt came in to talk to me. He said that technically my belt was over on miles but had no signs of snapping anytime soon and that there was really no reason for me to get it replaced. I was really happy with their honesty compared to the other mechanic who just wanted to make a quick 180 bucks by trying to worry me into getting it replaced. Even though I didn't receive any services, honest mechanics go way further than anything they could have fixed on my car. I highly recommend coming here."
