"I've worked with this shop twice now in the last couple months (not ideally, apparently I can't drive), primarily with Michael, and he's been extremely helpful in assisting me with these issues on my car. He's accommodated my busy schedule by letting me do night drop offs and he follows up the next day no doubt. When I called in about my second issue he initially knew who I was and was ready to pick up where we left off. Great guy, great shop, and overall great price. They do quality work and have been sure to follow it with quality customer service. I'll be relying on them solely for my automotive repairs."

What really impressed me was the way that Michael took time to explain what some of the problems were with my car, and talk me through future repairs, what should be “priority” and what would be OK to leave until next time, and what the cost would be. "We have used JC many times in the past We brought our Toyota in for multiple issues that two other places misdiagnosed and in my opinion because I am a female they did not listen to my opinion. I could have gone to the dealer but I knew they would be extremely expensive. We had a transmission issue as well and electrical issue. They worked diligently to find the electrical issue which is not always easy to do and then figured out what the transmission issue was. They kept me informed throughout the process since it took numerous days to resolve. I would recommend JC Car Care. JC Car Care has integrity which is not something you find with every mechanic.
