"Cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. Dealt with Shawn, very professional. No upselling or pressured sales. Offered up some advice and suggestions, which fixed the problem we had with our daughter's car. Previous recommendations from other local shops where a money grab because they saw a certain zip code and thought it was a given payday. Plenty of good communication between the service writers and myself. Car was delivered on time and for almost $100 less then I was quoted. No getting jerked around or monkey business. The expertise alone from the service writers and techs doing the work is alone enough to just come here and nowhere else. Yes, it was 30 minutes each way, but it was so worth it. Even got money back via a Valvoline Rebate Form from Shawn and his employees. Again, if you're looking for honest, professional work done for a reasonable price, go here. Skip the others."

"Brought my work van for a/c service and brake service on my Freightliner Sprinter. Not many places will work on Sprinters so I really appreciate them willing to work on mine. Greeted as I walked in and checked in quickly. They actually listened to my concerns both on the phone and in person and were able to fix my van issues that had been missed by other service centers on 3 different visits. They offered a ride home since I dropped off day before service, which was much appreciated. My van was done sooner than I expected the next day and I was able to get back to work quickly. Fair pricing, quick turn around time, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will stand behind their work. The 3 gentlemen who work up front were wonderful and helpful, as I spoke to all of them at some point. I will continue to use the Beavercreek location for my business van and also my personal car needs."

"Overcharged for services I didn't agree to, and took much longer to get my car back than what I was told. I was told to drop my car off at 8 am so I'd be near the front of the line to have my brakes checked out. It wasn't until I called back after 130pm that they even started to look at it. I didn't get my car back until 5pm (when told it would be only a few hours). After reviewing their recommendations I agreed to have front brakes and rotors replaced and back brake drums cleaned. I declined all other fluid flushing services. They did the 2 services I authorized and then also did a brake line cleaning that I had declined, and charged me for it. This place is a ripoff, they tried to convince me to buy a full set a tires when 2/4 still had 6/32 tread and had plenty life left in them. They also recommended a serpentine belt replacement purely on mileage of my car, despite the fact that it's only about 10k miles old (recently replaced) and they included a photo of it. They take the time to look at things but don't actually inspect and assess, just to convince you to pay for things you don't need, or to charge you anyway when you decline."

"A little pricey to redo a bead seal for $40. However it is a good place if you need tires or tire work versus the competition. I would not take anything here for normal maintenance and repair as the prices are high. Take your normal repair work to a independent local shop. That really goes for any tire shop. They just are not very competitive in that department. That being said if you could careless about price they do a good quality job."

"Amazing service. I called on a Thursday and they got me in for an alignment first thing Saturday morning just as I requested. It was ready before 10am. Guys were all friendly and professional."
