"I was a first time customer from out of town, hoping to have an inspection of a potential used car being offered in the area. Jack's offered same day service -- were prompt and respected the tight time window that I had suggested to them when I called to check on availability -- they did an outstanding job in assessing the vehicle and, when the vehicle failed to start after the inspection, drove me back to the owner's home to pick up my own vehicle.
Incredible service -- far and above what is typically expected.
If I have the opportunity to work with them in the future, I won't hesitate for a moment."

"Update: GREAT PLACE! went in again since they always treat me right. Had them do a tie rod, sway bar links, and rear shocks. Got my car back with no inconvenience, tires stopped off too, great service, got my take off parts. Also installed a door switch for me and cleaned out the throttle body. Car drives much better, great service at a good price!!"

"Vehicle was returned dirty on the inside but the outside body work looks spectacular. The date it would be available for pickup was extended on 4 separate times but they did end up giving us a rental car, thankfully. The work was completed properly for the most part. Our tires were overfilled and we have to take the car in to see what they will do for us about that. Hopefully they live up to their expectations.
ETA: I was pressured into changing the review because I had a service I could only receive through here. They said they would stop seeing me as a customer if we didn't change our review. They take their ratings very seriously, to the point that I assume they may even pay people to change their reviews. Though they gave us a rental car, my card was charged and I had to call 3 separate times to force them to fix the issue. If I was you, if find somewhere else if at all possible. I recommend Kortes Collision."
