"I’ve been taking my car to this location for some time now. All my oil changes, tires and even new engine. The management before the ones now were on top it keeping me updated on my vehicle. The manager that’s there now Herb is horrible. My car has been there for over a week now, from a new engine repair that’s covered under warranty. Nobody calls me to keep me updated about my car. I have to call to see what’s going on. Every time I call it’s something else as to why my car isn’t done. I have been hassled about putting a new clutch after telling them several times I’m going to wait in it and they still kept pushing it for days stalling on my car making it take longer. After they finally got the hint I wasn’t going to do the clutch at this time they finally started putting the engine in telling me my car would be ready Thursday maybe Friday I was ok with that. I dropped my car off on May 8th, it’s now may 22nd. I’ve had no car for over 2 weeks now and today Saturday just after 5pm I had to call again myself because I haven’t heard anything about my car. To find out my car is ready but they won’t release it due to payment. Something I’m not responsible for due to the mess up they did on my last engine i was told it was covered under warranty. I was now told I’m looking at Monday to get my car. I will never due business here again. I have been buying my tires and doing oil changes on my camaro with them for sometime. New management is horrible with guest service and keeping their guest informed about their vehicles. Lost my business I will go else where after I get my car back!!!"

"Last year of November 2020, I had taken my 2011 crown with only of the intentions of getting new tires because of an accident I had. people there are really polite when it comes to trying and swindle you into having me pay $2,000 for something that’s not broken. They were trying to convince me that the car has several parts of the vehicle that are leaking. I’ve been going to my personal mechanic for years who concluded there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle other than the fact that it had a big dent of the left side of the door. People DO NOT COME HERE INLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY."
