"Don’t go here. Went in and was giving a thousand dollar total on parts that weren’t even broken. Gonna add it up and run up the tab for extra income. There’s plenty of better options in Houston."
"Went to have two headlight bulbs replaced, after the owner said he would do them for free if they didn't have to take the bumper off. I already had the bulbs. Once I got there they showed me an estimate of 2 hours labor because they had to remove the bumper. I showed them how to do it by removing two screws in the wheel well. I had replaced them a few years before, it is not hard but I didn't want to roll on the floor to do it. The manager said he would do it my way but still stuck with his original estimate. So they wanted to charge me 2 hours for labor for 15 minutes worth of work. I went home and replaced both in 15 minutes without a lift. Integrity they are not."

"The best place to leave your car. I’m a regular customer and I never had any problem at all.. such a nice and kind people. These people doesn’t sell you anything at all until unless you ask for it. I had been to several mechanic shop, omg ! They keep on bugging you get your tire rotation and so on..But Rahul and joe are awesome, they never try to sell you more like they give suggestions.. I love these people. I highly recommend ."
"They do great work (specifically Raul), however, integrity may be in error. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday. I was told that it would likely be ready on Tuesday, but absolutely no later than Wednesday. When I called late Tuesday, I was given a story about a car being stolen from their property, causing delays with the other repairs, but still no later than Wednesday for pickup. I called late Wednesday after not hearing anything back. I was given the same story about a stolen vehicle, and then told that I needed additional repairs. I went from about $700 to roughly $1000 in repairs at that point, which I approved. However, I specifically said, if there is anything else needed, don't worry about it at this time. (I'm trying to keep my costs down). Finally (after me having to call them, again, ) the car is ready on Friday. When I am about to pay, I am charged $1200 instead of what I originally agreed to, due to them making additional unauthorized repairs. When I said that I was willing to pay what I originally agreed to, Joe menacingly asked how the remaining balance would be handled. It wasn't worth it to get into an altercation in a situation where I felt threatened and they would not release my car otherwise. Needless to say, I paid and got my car, but if it is up to me, will not be having further repairs at this facility."
