Integrity Car Care Tire and Service was founded in 2006 by father and sons Corey, Chris, and Cass Christensen. Our customers come back to us time and time again, and that's because you can be assured you're getting the best service and price! Come in and EXPERIENCE the Integrity Car Care DIFFERENCE. Every Integrity Car Care location is open Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. We have ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) technicians at all of our Integrity Car Care Tire & Service locations. We provide services such as CV joint and driveshaft repairs, oil changes, brakes and braking systems, heating and cooling systems, A/C service, electrical systems, suspension work, transmission work and more. 2007 Acura TSX
"The oil change was great and I don’t have any issues with the work done. My review is solely based on the gentleman up front, or the service advisor. I’ve done this kind of work for over 16 years and I understand that some fleet companies and coupon websites tend to be a hassle as far as getting paid. So I knew coming in on a Saturday might not have been the best time but it was my only free time. Once the gentleman figured out I was the open bay customer he went into how hard it is to get paid and how he has to sit on the phone for an hour to get paid. And as I was walking to my car I heard him say to the other gentleman about how hard it was and that I’m just a problem. Evidently it wasn’t a problem because I received a receipt at 10:30 am. I dropped my car off at 8:30. I worked for this company and I loved it!!!, but the customer service at the front desk had gone down since I left but I would still recommend them because they do take very good care of my vehicle and always have."
"I recommend talking to Alex and Jason at the front. The past 3-4 times I’ve gotten exceptional customer service from those guys. You can tell they honestly care about their clients needs. Very knowledgeable and customer service centric. (My opinion: The Music is great in the waiting area)"
"Took my car to Integrity for a simple oil change, the next day my oil blew all over the road, my engine, under carriage, and driveway. They put the gasket on wrong for the filter. After spending the weekend fixing their mistake, redoing my own oil change, and cleaning all the oil out of my engine, I went and talked to the manager who offered two free oil changes. Who in their right mind would do business with negligence twice? I asked for a refund, he agreed and said the store owner would have to approve it. I talked to the store owner this morning who offered $100 in store credit lol. Less than the manager offered ($70 x 2). I told him I don’t want to do business with them anymore, I don’t trust them with my car, he argued with me and maintained his in store credit offer. Apparently they don’t refund negligent work. So all in all, they cost me the money for the oil change, the money for a new oil change, the weekend of cleaning up their mess, and life of my engine. Avoid these crooks at all costs."
"I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about this particular location! I have had my car and truck, my daughter's car and my boyfriends car and jeep here... I say all that to tell you the techs here can work on anything! BRANDON is my favorite front office employee! Even though I live in Aubrey, I followed him from the Aubrey location to the Savannah! He is full of great information and is so kind and helpful! All the employees here are friendly and enthusiastic about the jobs. Been using integrity for several years but this location takes the cake 😀"
"These guys are so reliable and honest. As a mom of two littles, time is never on my side. But this place is fast and never tries to get you to do things that aren’t needed. They have a small kids play area which my littles love. And a business center that my husband takes advantage of whenever he goes here. Top notch facility and staff!"
