I paid for a service and it wasn't as I expected but he ensured it was right by the time I left. They've definitely earned their name Integrity Car Care. "9 month / 7500 mile update after the front end alignment: Tires bought less than a year ago are ruined. Original review: I have a 1995 GMC C1500 that I took in to get some new tires mounted and an alignment today at 4:30 PM. Prior to leaving the tech the keys to my truck, I inform him I did not remove the factory locking inserts that hold the alignment in place. These inserts go into the slotted opening where the camber bolt would normally slide, but I shouldn't have to go into that much detail with an alignment shop. The tech calls me an hour later saying the camber bolt is maxed out and I'll have to buy a camber bolt kit and he'll only charge me for half another alignment after they're installed. I thought this was odd since nothing was incredibly worn but I figure with a 23 year old truck with 200,000 miles maybe something was that far out of whack even though I keep up with maintenance. I pay for the mount and balance and talked the guy into not charging me for a second alignment since essentially he couldn't align it in the first place. He ordered the camber bolt kit and said he'd call when it was in. Since you can see the camber bolt by opening the hood and looking down I figured I'd check what he did once I got home. Surprise surprise. He never removed the locking insert so when he turned the camber bolt, the cam on the bolt bent the tab it pushes against. Basically there's some repair work that needs done (bending the tab back if that works) and I doubt I'll need the camber bolt kit. I'll be calling the shop tomorrow but I'm not at all happy about either taking off work early or using part of my day off to fix something that was damaged and then the shop trying to sell parts and half another alignment on top of that."
