"I decided to try I&A instead of going to the Mazda dealership for service. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I could tell right away they are a great team due to how they interacted with each other and how they treated each customer that came through the door! ( I was there for a few hours and this was consistent) Very professional and honest, the prices fair for the work I needed on my suv! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, I actually stayed their until my car was done. I will be going back for other services! Highly recommended!!"

"I was told my car was going to be done in 2-3 business days. This was April 8, today is May 4, 2021 and my car is still not done. Been getting lied to for WEEKS now. Bad business and unprofessional! Needs new management ASAP! They even overcharging me. Will be gladly reporting them to the BBB as well. Very unhappy customer."
