"Although the owner is nice due to the fact this franchise no longer accepts coupons and price increases I feel I am now better off going back to the dealership. Meineke won't top off fluids nor wash car as complimentary part of their standard oil change. For a few dollars more the dealership provides that. So I no longer consider Meineke a cost savings service."
