They hit me with a $399 service fee that I hadn't expected (I guess all major dealers include something like that), but they did provide excellent service. After Boston Volvo checked the car and found a few mechanical problems, Honda Village completely fixed them. Honda Village also took care of all the title, registration, and license matters. They take forever to work on a car for a simple oil change then the managers are so rude, they are literally ready to fight with you for every little thing. Me and my family been leasing cars from them, probably 4 or 5 cars, for years and we watched how this place is going downhill with the customer service. They never respect their customers, it's like they hate us and we are a huge inconvenience for them. Honest and trustworthy customers should take their business elsewhere!"

"***EDIT below original text*** I paid $222 for a maintenance service at Honda Village after the dealership we bought our HR-V from cancelled our pre-paid service plan without explanation. We thought we had a good experience here until we got home and realized the technician who serviced us never replaced the oil cap after changing the oil. We noticed smoke coming from the hood after her commute and quite a bit of spilled oil under the car in the garage. Oh, and we had a blast trying to locate the oil cap in the engine compartment. This will be our last Honda and our last time at Honda Village. EDIT: The service manager Joe made everything right by cleaning the engine and applying a 1 year extended warranty. We are very happy. they did the right thing."
