"Took it in for servicing. Tie rods and ball joints. Refused brake service. Planned on doing at home. Finishing up front brakes now. They stripped two of my lugs and didnt inform me. One bolt is broken and will be calling tomorrow regarding what can be done to remedy this situation."

"We have been a loyal customers for 3 years for all our tire and other needs for our 3 cars with a high degree of satisfaction and refering the shop to others. For one of the vehicles, they were unable to remove the winter wheels during the spring summer wheel/tire swap visit blaming the wheel lock key. I took the vehicle to the BMW dealer being told that the wheel lock themselves were damaged when the wheels were installed by over torquing them with likely an air gun (the dealer said they damaged both their master and another key trying to remove the locks on all four wheels, and offered to drill them out for a significant cost). After revisiting Hogan who agreed to work on removing the wheels (as they have done all my winter/summer wheel swaps including installation of these last winter wheel sets when the locks would have been damaged), I was told they could not remove the wheels again blaming the wheel lock key (I had also purchased a brand new one). I ended up paying a significant amount for the dealer to remove the wheel by drilling the locks. Hogan took no responsibilities and did not respond to my inquiries. I thought they took customer service as their top priority. Disappointed."

"So far not a good experience. They keep putting on unbalanced tires. I have been here 5 times in 1 week. They even put the wrong tires on my car when it was supposed to be ready so I had to leave my car for another day to get the right tires put on. This company has clearly lost it's touch and a customer for good. They can't balance a tire to save their lives. They charged me with an alignment they never did in the first visit that was scheduled a week in advance. They performed an alignment after my 5th visit to get the new tires rebalanced again after they put the wrong tires on. Now my tpms light is on and my tire pressure is as it should be with properly inflated tires. I'll have to spend extra money at a competent shop to avoid these bafoons! Hogan does not keep you rolling."
