"1st the good. Got a good deal on the tires and i like how they ride. Now the bad. No one contacted me to confirm my online appointment as they should have per their email. I had to call the day before to confirm myself. No one contacted be when my car was ready. I had to call them an hour before their closing time to see if my car was ready. My steering wheel was off center to the right after their alignment. I gave them a chance to fix it the following day and it was off center to the left after their adjustment. I gave up and brought the car to the dealer to properly adjust the alignment. I wish the service was better as they offer very competitive prices for their advertised services. The staff at the westwood location appears to lack experience in my opinion during the days i interacted with them."
