"I took my daughter's 2005 Lexus into Harrells Owens on Monday, September 23 at 7:30 am for a courtesy check due to smoke coming from the engine. Randall was friendly and attentive. They gave a laundry list of suggestions for repairs. I reduced the list only to include a headlight and what was causing the smoke/oil leak. They replaced the upper and lower gaskets and oil pan. I was told it would take 10 hours and should be ready by COB the following day. We were told that it would smoke for about an hour. We drove the car roughly 20 miles to her appointment as it smoked heavily. The following morning on the way to classes her oil light came on. After parking, I told her to check the oil. She popped the hood which we've had no issues with before the service but now it does not stay open. I contacted Randall to let him know about the oil light and the hood being broken he asked if it was safe to bring it in. At the time could not due to testing at school. Once her test was over she went back to check the oil but before reaching the car she noticed a huge puddle of oil running from under her car. Randall scheduled a tow truck to pick up her car the following day.  They informed me that one of the lower gaskets rotated causing the oil to leak out and they'd try to have it fixed by the end of the day. I asked does that also include fixing the hood that was functioning before the repairs. He said no but I could pay to get it fixed. I didn't understand why I'd be paying for something that wasn't broken before their services. At the time he stated it fell during the first service however I was not informed that this occurred. They did not repair the hood but offered to send a video of when it fell during the service. As of this post, I have not received the footage."

"Very friendly and pleasant staff to work with they helped with tires, inspection, oil change. They even took me back to work while they worked on my car and then they returned it to my job.
