"We stopped by Harrell's for a vehicle inspection. The staff was very friendly, even running out to grab the registration out of the vehicle for me because it had begun to rain. The inspection was done promptly and the vehicle was pulled up to the doors, again so my child and I could try to avoid the rain. I would definitely recommend Harrell's. "Harrells is a unique experience. I have done a lot of business here over the years as they are convenient to my home. Each time there is good work and some reason for me to be at least partially frustrated. This experience was no different. They diagnosed and repaired the issue I had identified, found other issues and asked for approval before work (all good with that). Delays getting the vehicle back, paperwork that wasn't for my vehicle, No change of the oil sticker inside all points of frustration. I lifted the hood this morning and found the caps off of the engine coolant reservoir. Will I be back...maybe. Recommendations for Harrells: Attention to detail."
