Harrell's Auto Service - Buffalo Lake

"Harrell's provided quick, fair, and quality work on my Hyundai Sonata. My check engine light came on, so I dropped off my car there overnight. They looked at my car the first thing the next morning. After running the diagnostic test, they gave us a quote for the work that needed to be done to correct the issue. We opted to do the work ourselves (changing spark plugs to correct brand). After changing the spark plugs, my engine light came back on a day or so later. One of the employees from Harrell's (Brandon) reached out to me in a text to check on my car. At that time, I let them know that my engine light came back on. They agreed to do another diagnostic test free of charge. I dropped off my car again and provided them with a copy of paperwork from the Hyundai dealership that worked on my car when it had issues with the fuel injectors previously. After looking at my car again, they realized that my fuel injectors needed to be cleaned and the intake gasket replaced. Robert even called the Hyundai dealership to see if my car was still under warranty so that I could get the work done there for free. My car wasn't under warranty, but I really appreciated Robert making the effort to try to save me money. I feel like I have found an honest and skillful mechanic shop that I will use exclusively in the future. I also appreciated Maria working to get me a discount and ensure that my car would be ready in time for us to leave on our trip. I have been driving my car for over a month now with no issues."

"First time using this shop, I was impressed. I've always liked a shop that gives a straight answer and overestimates the wait times. I took my truck in for a front end alignment after installing new suspension. The friendly service folks said I'd be there for a couple hours, I was an hour wait for the truck to get on the alignment rack and up to an hour to perform the alignment. Needless to say I was only there 45 minutes total and my steering wheel was straight and driving down the road safe. Great service and prices are more than fair for the work performed."
