I was so mad but remained calmed , there was not point giving them hell for being so unprofessional. This was my second time being here. I’ll never go back there.

"First ,I've been having my vehicles serviced her for almost 15 years and have always been completely satisfied. Recently I took my truck in because it had started missing badly. The mechanics found that rodents had been chewing on the wiring harness and fouled the coils on some spark plug wires. Now my truck runs like new. In short, they did a great job at a fair price. I love this place!"

"Horrible shop, DO NOT take your vehicle here. I took my truck here to have new tires put on, a simple thing to do. They had my truck for 3 days!!! The broke one of the TPMS sensors when removing a tire, then couldn't figure out how to program the new one. During the course of that they let my battery drain all the way down which caused me to have to buy a new one. I took my truck to another shop to rotate my tires only to find out the people at goodyear cross threaded one of the lug nuts making me have to replace the lug and order a special keyed lug nut. All of that i have had to pay for out of my pocket. Seriously take your vehicle some where else, dont risk getting screwed like i did."
