"I went because I had a nail in my tire. They let me wait a full hour just to tell me they couldn't fix the tire and said all my tires were bad and needed to be replaced. I left and went to a different shop. There I was told my other tires were completely fine. Just now, 6 months later, I finally had to replace one of the tires. The other two in the back are still good. Beware! They are ripping people off!!!"

"WOW! what terrible customer service. When asked why prices were different between Goodyear centers i was told by Dixon that they charge differently based on the area. So more affluent area's get charged more!!!!! Don't GO unless you like being ripped off."
