"I looked at all of the reviews before I decided to go to Fine Tune. Some reviews said they overcharged while others gave promising stories. I decided that I should try them out because they accepted my vehicle service warranty. Originally, they gave an estimate of over 4000 to replace my transmission, which was contrary to me only being covered for about 2700. The owner, Jason found a way to do it cheaper and he took off the diagnostic fee so I didn’t have to pay anything OUT OF POCKET. He even repaired my sway bar link for free.They completely streamlined the vehicle service warranty so I didn’t have to worry about contacting them to pay for the parts or labor. As a mechanic, I am usually leery about taking my car to get work by someone I didn’t know. Jason proved me wrong. My car now runs better now than when I bought it a year ago. I would definitely bring all of my future cars to Fine Tune. I received great customer service from Casey and when I wasn’t talking to him, the owner Jason handled my claim directly. #Note that they had my car over two weeks but I know as a mechanic not to rush perfection. They delivered the car on the exact day they said it would be done and as of now, I’m good to go. Thanks Jason, Casey, and the rest of the people at Fine Tune!"

"Got brakes & rotors here nearly 5 years ago. Universal brakes on a Jeep can be very tricky & the owner was aware of this. I had to bring my car back to explain slight issues I had w/the new brakes. He went above & beyond to find the right product & ensure that they’d perform well over the course of a couple days. Though I have neglected them since, they have lasted me all this time! I’m a very rugged driver & travel on Chicago’s horrible streets often. Now I am back again because I trust them. They can be a little pricey but their mechanics & stocking are exceptional & Danielle is extremely pleasant no matter what. Dealership couldn’t book me sooner than 8 days while Fine Tune took me the same day! Whew."

These guys hooked me up with a tow and squeezed me into there already busy schedule plus gave me a loaner car so I could go back to the camper with my wife. They had us back on the road by 5.
