"I’ve been coming to Joyce Auto for a few visits now with an older xterra. (ex: cam sensors, blown AC, Tow-truck) I’ve mostly communicated with smiley Bob who’s been incredibly welcoming & respectful when I’m there to make sure I’m taken care of along with most of the staff. I genuinely appreciate the honest communication, prices seem really fair compared to past shops I’ve been to that can make your pockets look forward to your rice and bean dinners for the next few months. Car always comes back better than I left it and that’s what you want. So 5 stars, keep up the good work."

"I’ve never had such a bad experience with any shop till this one. My tire blew on Friday, they came out to tow my car because of how bad it was blown. All I wanted was to have my spare or used tire put on. I get no call Friday with an update, I get no call Saturday with an update. I called around noon Saturday and they were already gone for the day. I get a text message saying they ordered a new tire and was waiting for it to come in. I never asked for a new tire nor did anyone ask me if that’s what I wanted. No communication what so ever. I went the whole weekend without a car just over a blown tire. I finally talked to someone Monday and they tell me it’s going to be around $300. WHAT!? No way! I explained to the guy I just wanted my spare on, then he says “oh, well it’s been ready since Friday” I was so upset. I finally picked my car up later that night, shop was already closed. When I go to open the back door for my daughter, there is my blown tire in my backseat. I was furious! Who does that?!? Out of all the cars I’ve owned and shops I’ve dealt with I have never seen that. I call them the next day and they guy says they put it in there for insurance purposes. I am not sure why the lack of communication was with this company. I noticed the positive reviews so I don’t know what happened with my situation."

"My car needed some work done both with the engine and on my brakes. I worked with Butch and he was great. He was very honest and letting me know what the problem was and what I can expect to see. He helped offer me discounts which I was very appreciative of. Overall, I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop!"
