"Return customer with a very different experience. Previously I've had quick oil change with fast friendly service at a great price. This time employee was gruff, short and argumentative for no reason about the coupon for a basic oil change that brought me to the store. Said oil change would take 2 hrs, said they would call when ready and 2:15 minutes no call. I called and turns out my van was ready. Will not be returning. There was no concept of "service", it took very long and I paid $42 versus being about to use the coupon which brought me to Center."

"Oh the work that was done to my truck was fantastic. I had scheduled a high mileage oil change. I also had a leak of fluid under the front of the truck. Pointed it out to Rob the manager no problem they would take a look after oil change was done. Well he came back and said these items should be taken care of. I said ok. His crew got to work on the truck I elected to stay which I have done before no problem I am retired. The only way to get back to my place was by bus not too fond of the bus system out here. So work was done . I want to thank Rob and his crew for job well done. I love the service and work that was done they are my go to Meineke shop here in Vegas job well done THANKS AGAIN."

"The customer service could not be beat! In all honesty, I had scheduled an appointment at another company’s shop. When I showed up for the confirmed appointment I was told (quite rudely) that it was too late of an appointment for a mechanic to look at my car. The next day I call Meineke and was immediately scheduled. They not only ran the diagnostic, but took care of the problem within hours. Klay was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable! While I hope not to have any problems, if I do I know where I am going!"
