"My experience with these people was horrible. They taught me a valuable lesson about not trusting mechanics and to do your research. My car was having an oil leak so I had it towed (eventhough it could run). They kept my car 3 days before I got a phone call giving me the assessment of the issues... They initially quoted me $700 dollars, I asked specifically “why is it so expensive?” I was told by the owner that “ oh that it’s due to the estimation of parts and towing”... “ but we will shop around for better prices parts” so I trusted what they told me... 4 days later, after me calling checking on progress bc it shouldn’t take a week for a 5 to 6 hour labor job “ I was told how many man hours I would be paying for” so on the 8 th day the owner called me to get the car. When I went down there he hesitantly showed me my invoice$913.00 was what I was looking at.... I was in shock after I saw I was being charged $700 in labor fees!!!! The towing only cost $75. I explained to him that he misled me and lied to me bc I asked specifically why was the quote so high. After talking around me for 10 minutes and trying to show me value in what was done to my car ( I use to work as an escalation specialist for Verizon so I am very familiar with positioning and helping the customer find value in a product) he finally told me owe we charge $110 an hour!!! I explained to him that he purposely left that out in the 4 to 5 conversations we had that whole week. His reasoning “ we are only required to tell the customer how many hours and what parts they will be putting on, why did you think the cost was so high?”. I was floored at his cavalier attitude towards me, the fact he was charging me $700 in labor, and his assumption that as the customer I should’ve know how much replacing a seal and a oil change would cost. I told him that he may not be in the wrong legally but he was practicing shady business practices. On top all of that they broke my door handle and wasn’t going to tell me!!!! I had to bring that to his attention. After I expressed my out rage about this whole experience he threatened to call the cops!!! When I called my father, who is a mechanic himself and I felt the owner has issues with women due to him yelling at me, in front of my children to boot. His whole demeanor changed but he still was charging me and only took off $40 for the door handle they broke... Be careful!!!! They are rude, shady, and will take advantage of women and those with lack of knowledge of auto repairs... my car is running worst than before and I’m back at square one😐😑 if I could put no stars I would..."

"I would give them less stars of I could! They took more than 40 days to fix my transmission, because, despite being a transmission place, only have one guy doing a ton of work! And, when I finally got my car back, it still wasn't fixed. They didn't even properly re-secure the front end of the car. And, I had missing parts! Now, I took it back, and had them replace the missing parts, and properly secure the front end, but it should have never left out of their garage that way! Let alone allow me to drive off with it like that. And, I'm still having problems with the transmission! I had them check it... and they say it's fine! But, it's definitely not! It's great that I have a warranty, but it's crap in my hand if I can't use it, because I don't want to take my car back somewhere that: A) says everything is fine, when it clearly isn't, and B) is going to take another 40+ days to fix (what they say they already fixed), if they decide something is actually wrong with it. What am I suppose to do? I feel like I'm standing here with crap in my hand.... don't go to this location! But, keep in mind, not all locations are like this one. The one in Fort Walton Beach, FL was great! That's why we went to this one (my husband is in the service, and we moved because his duty station changed). I just didn't realize they don't keep the same standards at each location... but, I now know. Just wish I had figured it out sooner. "

"Unfortunately, this rating system doesn't allow for any less stars! Horrible work! Did a horrible job! They "repaired" my transmission by replacing it with, what appears to be, a transmission they pulled out of a junk yard. This transmission has never even been cracked open... which means they did NO work to it, before installing it in my vehicle! And, they "replaced" my power steering hose by patching the same one with duct tape and zip ties! My transmission is leaking everywhere! My power steering hose is not fixed, and still leaking! In fact, this is how they fixed it.... and said that it came like this from the factory.... Erwin (store owner) said his people wouldn't have done that. Ha! What a load of BS! Because they did. I saw this hose with my owe two eyes before I dropped it off there... and it didn't look like this until I got it back. It had to have been them! Not to mention, I have things missing from the inside of my vehicle, and I have other problems with my car now, because I took it here. "
