"I was quoted one price and charged a different, higher price. I could live with that. What I cannot live with is finding that my hood was left unlatched. Luckily I found it myself. Currently I don’t feel like I would return to or recommend Dunn tire. I had to select at least one star to enable the post link. 12/15/2020 I've had a very positive and productive conversation with Harry from Dunn customer service. No need to dig in to why this occurs now and not last June. Since my experience, Dunn has implemented new safety measures as a part of their regular process to ensure that hoods will be securely latched. There was no event with my hood other than my discovery and subsequent thoughts. I'm grateful for that. I'm waiting for further word from Dunn. The conversation with Harry alone is enough to make me rethink my position on future work with their company. He is an excellent representative of Dunn Tire."
"I accidentally double booked my Dunn tire appointment with a doctor's appointment. I called up the location and spoke to Dave around 9 in the morning and explained my situation. He said drop it off and he'll see what he can do. They exceeded my expectations and were able to get it done by the time I needed it with an hour and a half to spare. Excellent customer service by all those involved and it saved me from having to reschedule. You guys are awesome 😎"
"Took car in for a squealing noise in engine compartment. Was told there was an opening at 10am. The car was looked at around 3pm. Was told it was a belt. Belt was fairly new but had it done anyways. Car seemed quite until the weather turned cold again and it started chirping and became more regular. Decided to take it to the dealer. They immediately found a bad bearing in the idler pulley that started to tear up Dunn tires belt. So add a belt and pulley plus what Dunn charged me to add up to more than $500. So I could have saved close to $200 by going straight to the dealer. They are great at tires and alignments but use caution for any repairs."
"Great customer service. The girl at the counter helped me find the right tire for my car. Fox tire suggested the same tire at a substantially higher price. Great service throughout the whole installation appointment. I left there satisfied with my choice of tire and feel like the price was fair."
"The tires I wanted and were listed on their website weren't available when I scheduled my appointment. I was offered a different tire, which was a good tire as well, and at a reduced price. Everything was good until I went out to my vehicle and one of the winter tires I had taken off was put in the back seat of my truck without any covering on it...black tires on brown leather interior. I wish businesses/companies offered better customer service."
