"Service people were very nice and helpful. Replacement tire was difficult to locate, but was finally successful. Only issue was that tech who moved my car was filthy and left grease on the steering wheel and door handle, as well as dye from his uniform on my cream-colored leather seat. I feel more care should be taken to protect the interiors of customer’s vehicles. I did mention this when the new tire came in and I received the car back in good condition after it was installed."
"I have never had a positive experience here! The costumer service is awful. There had been multiple times that I have walked in and not even been acknowledged while I wait. In October I had an appointment at 10am. I had called ahead letting them know that I would be bringing in two of my studded snow tires and purchasing two new studded snow tires and that my tires would require a seasonal changeover. Not only had they not ordered my tires but they also said upon my arrival that they "weren't even sure if anyone that was working knew how to add the studs." I ended up not getting my car back until almost 3pm. My most recent visit was to get my seasonal changeover back to regular tires. Even though I had an appointment, it took much longer than estimated so my husband picked me up. I asked someone to call me when my car was done so that I could come pick it up. No one ever did even though when we returned my car was done! The gentleman at the counter confirmed that I did want my bagged tires returned to me. Come to find out (when i got home) they did NOT put my tires in the car. I called the next day when they were open again so that I could pick them up and they apologized. I then went in the day after to pick them up. They were not bagged, like I had requested until I complained about it. Also when I drove my car to the side of the building to get my tires I saw one of the mechanics sticking his middle finger up at one of his co-workers and pretending to lick it! Very unprofessional! I will not be returning to this business and I would suggest going elsewhere for any potential customers."
