"I made an appointment for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They took me early and I was out of there in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Great overall experience. I'll definitely be back."

I gave four stars instead of 5 because I requested air in my tires (since my tire pressure light was on) and they said they would fill it no problem, but they didn’t."

"I’ve gone to Dunn Tire since I’ve owned my own car and they’ve always had good service and competitive prices. Things have slowly slid not due to a lack friendliness or quality of work, but from a customer service perspective. Appointment time observance has become less accurate, with increased start and completion times. Always understand that things come up, but it’s been relatively consistent. Most recent experience and a testament to the general customer experience was taking my car in for a rotation and balancing. Hour job tops, while frequently taking as little as 30 minutes. I brought a couple of my kids with me since it shouldn’t be too long. I was there for two hours for that rotation and balance. Too long. I asked about the delay at checkout and was told that their compressor was broken. I’m an understanding person. Things happen. The poor experience is that I wasn’t updated that there was an issue that was going to add an hour to my wait. With my kids. Letting the waiting room know that there is an issue proactively instead of creating an environment of customers talking and complaining is a great way to mitigate issues ahead of time. Instead of having my kids grow more and more impatient, could have had my wife pick them up or something. Good customer service is proactive. A good customer experience means letting customers be able to make informed choices when there is an issue."
"I went in for a flat tire. Right away they determined it most likely could not be patched. They gave me a price on a new tire which was great and I was in and out in about an hour, if that."
