"Highly recommend. Took a day trip to Fredericksburg where I discovered a nail in my tire. Most places were closed/too busy and I was worried about driving back home and ending up blowing it out. I found Dominion by chance and asked how long it would be to replace the tire. Saeed, the manager, told me they could do it right away! While inspecting the other tires they found them to be cracked and in need of replacement. Instead of just telling me this, Saeed actually showed me the cracks and explained what would happen in the coming months if they weren't replaced. I was quoted only $360 for a set, which is a very good deal, and they got to work straight away. Saeed even pitched in with his employee to speed up the process, which is rare to see managers of any kind do. My tires were all replaced within 15 minutes and I was back on the road. The best part was that Saeed kept apologizing for the wait and the fact that he was on the phone (which was not a problem at all). I was dumbfounded because the customer service was SUPERB and yet he was still trying to apologize. I was in and out within 15 minutes at a low cost and he thought he could do better. Very genuine person with an incredible work ethic, you don't see this from mechanics/auto shops often. I recommend this place!"

"I went in to get my rack and pinion replaced when they opened at 8am. Said it would be a 5 hour job, I waited there for 5 hours and the mechanic said he needed 2 more so I went home and waited then called after 2 hours. He again needed more time so I waited 2 more hours and called an hour before closing and my calls weren't answered. I got a ride down there 5 minutes before closing to see the mechanic packing up to leave with my car still on the lift and the original rack and pinion still in. Long story short it took 2 days before I got my car back and when I did my steering wheel was turned to the left in order to go straight and I had lost almost all of my horsepower. I explained to the shop owner that I was hearing a hissing noise that I looked up and it seemed to be a vacuum leak and he told me Im imagining it before he even test drove my car. I waited for about an hour and he comes to me saying that the problem was my rear alignment and not the front. Which I know wasn't the case because the tie rods affect the steering wheel alignment and my wheel was straight before they replaced my rack and pinion and they hadn't touched the back of my vehicle and he tried to charge me for it. At this point I just wanted everything to be fixed so I agreed to have it done and to pay for it. Then 30 minutes later he tells me he doesnt think its the rear alignment anymore. After they redid my alignment me and him went on a test drive and he acknowledged that there was something wrong hearing the loud hissing and put it back on the lift to diagnose the problem. Within 5 minutes he called me out into the garage and said there's no problem and that I can leave. I told him that I can still clearly hear the problem and feel it in the preformance of my vehicle and he said there's nothing he can do and then left the shop with me still there. The mechanics that were there spoke very little english and when I asked if he heard the sound or felt the drop of horsepower he replied "good power steering." and walked away. I went to another mechanic right down the street and he instantly could tell the problem was my front engine mount was damaged and the hissing was a vacuum leak and that it was too dangerous for me to continue driving my vehicle with that loss of power to my engine. I feel very belittled and ripped of as my car ended up with worse problems then when I came in and they took absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes leaving me to pay for the damages they caused."
