"They provide loaner cars. They have nice coffee machine. Their tires are good and they provide good warranty on them but cannot recommend the shop for any mechanical work. Significantly more expensive and not sure they have most ethical practices, or most experienced techs, regarding performing and charging for unnecessary work."

Direct Tire & Auto Service was the only company to come close to my price point of $575 in the Watertown area. Included in the $575 for a Ford Focus, were 4 tires, alignment, road hazzard & warranty, and labor & taxes. The other six places I checked estimated at least $100 over this.
Direct Tire also gives you a loaner Honda Civic, and all you pay for is the gas you use or $9 whichever is less which is a huge plus.
The service staff were very friendly, so friendly in fact they refused to talk negatively about their competitors. They also got my car in for the tire change earlier than scheduled (by my request) to beat an incoming snow storm.
Overall, I would recommend this company based on great service and great prices."
