Warranty Overview

All our vehicle services include a Limited 12 Month/12,000 Mile Warranty:

Subject to the exclusions, limitations and conditions set forth below, we warrant that the vehicle services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This Limited Warranty lasts for 12 months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, measured from the date the vehicle services are provided and the odometer reading shown on the applicable invoice (the “Warranty Period”). Note that any remedial work performed under this Limited Warranty will not restart the Warranty Period.

Some materials provided may carry a separate warranty that extends beyond the Warranty Period (e.g., some car batteries are covered by a manufacturer’s five-year warranty). In those instances, the term of the manufacturer’s warranty will apply to the materials (but workmanship will remain subject to the Warranty Period.

2006 Dodge Grand Caravan
"Appointment was at 10am when they opened the door still said closed but someone was there. Gave them my keys but then when they opened the shop bay door there was a small car that was the owners had to be moved so my van could get it in for the oil change. So had to wait quite a while for the owner to show up with the keys so they could move the car that was in the way. Then they finally got my vehicle in and got the oil change done did not use reminder stickers and did not use paper mats. On my carpets now i have two black marks from where the technician was in my car moving it. Then also gave me false information about my rear rotors"

Your appoint time was rescheduled to a 11:30am with OpenBay and was confirmed by you via text. This is the reason why we were not prepared for your appointment when you came in at our opening time as we were already taking care of other scheduled previous appointments. We do apologize for the stains on your mats as it is company policy to use carpet protection mats but to correct this accident, have taken the liberty to detail the entire interior of your car free of charge. We hope you update this review as we a very highly rated 5 star shop on Google, Yelp and RepairPal. Also, we do not use oil change reminder stickers for modern vehicles with built in oil change reminders on the screen as they are more accurate determination of when an oil change is needed. Though we are always happy to do so at request of the customer. "

"***DONT BUY THEIR GROUPONS!!*** Yes the the guys are friendly at all however if you look up parts prices they completely rip.. Rotors for my vehicle from three different parts shops that I called we're only fifty bucks each yet the shop charged me $85 each.. the caliper for my vehicle that I needed from three different auto parts stores range from $40 to $65 yet they charged me 120, if you buy a Groupon for brakes but need rotors they make up the difference in overcharging you for parts there is no deal his garage is a rip-off"
"Andy and the DAS Garage crew did a great job for my Nissan truck repairs. My truck needed a complete brake pad replacement with a brake fluid flush and they provided excellent service. I really appreciated the call when they found my back rotors worn past a safe thickness and needed replaced. I like a shop looking out for my family’s safety. DAS Garage is a well structured system with quality results. I strongly recommend this mechanic shop for your auto repair needs."
