"THESE PEOPLE ARE GREEDY and dishonest. I went in for a simple job that I WAS TOLD BY THEM WOULD BE ONLY $414, and when I got in, it cost $857! I took the afternoon off work, and due to my schedule, I was forced to go forward with the repair. I will not be back to these people. Why do they have 5 people working the front counter? It says they have only 4 mechanics. This is the second bad review I have ever left in my life. (It must be pretty bad). I see other reviews that specify misleading pricing by these shady people. I WILL NEVER GO BACK."

"Everyone was super nice! There were a few issues with getting the parts my car needed from outside vendors throughout the day, but the entire staff was very accommodating. The shuttle driver took me to pick up my cats from the vet and took us home when the time was going beyond the original estimated time. I was very impressed with the customer service and how they continued to communicate issues with me throughout the day. I ended up sitting in the lobby for a little over an hour and I love the small business feel and the one-on-one attention. I also really liked that my inspection report was texted to me with photos of things that needed my immediate attention. I will definitely be coming back here!"

"Second time using DRA for service and work on my Ram 1500 Laramie. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. A welcome change from the attitude you sometimes get from dealer service centers. Truck was in for its 60k service and done when they said it would be. So far it seems that everything was done correctly. I'm hitting the road for a trip to Oshkosh for the airshow and trailering an aircraft, so I wanted my Ram in tip top shape for the drive. They also fitted me in for the service kinda last minute, so that was a huge relief. One gripe; whoever worked on my truck got the steering wheel a bit dirty. Nothing major and it wiped clean with a cleaning wipe from the car wash next door. But, attention to detail. Nice thank you sign in truck when I got in and a bag of popcorn for the kids. They have coupons you can use for many services and I will definitely be back here in the future."
