"I went to this place to change sets of 4 tires on my Ford Edge 2015, next day I find out one of wheel hub cap missing, tire pressure sensor light checks on read as 0 air, the car start shaking on the highway, I went back to them, Alex ask me to drop off my car I told him I have work so he offered for me a loaner car Dodge Grand Caravan year 1998 very dirty inside and broken seats, has a brake problems power steering making loud noise not safe at all cannot pass the inspection and this is illegal by the law. When I get back from my work I find they did not fix my car they said it’s a rotter problem I ask what about the light on they said it’s not working need to change the tire pressure sensor, I did not have this problem on my car before they change tiers moreover they want charge me $89 for diagnostic and put a gas in a garbage loaner car I drive only 8 miles !! I told Alex and I explained my situation that my car wasn’t shaking before you change the tires no light check on at all, finally before I leave to the Ford dealership, Alex starts shouting on me very load big mouth with bad language close up to me to the point his body touched my body try to struck me, yelling in my face his stinky mouth breath disgusting 🤢🤮 he is a psycho guy crazy his face can tell. I tried to call police when I saw myself in this situation, when he sees I’m calling 911 Alex back up and went back to the store, one of his employee tried to calm him down and ask me to end 911 call saying please don’t do it please just take your car and leave but I was shocked look at the guy and he continue saying please just go Alex always have this face, the employee seems to me is not happy working There I don't recommend this repair shop to anyone for your safety stay away from this repair shop. Do not waste your time and money. I would give Zero star. Alex is a psycho guy. Needs mental health help."
