"I have used you all for the past year are so and they have been very accommodating. However, I have been trying to get in touch with them for over 2 weeks, NO answer! I've also emailed them, NO reply! They did a timing belt job and now my drive belt is going out. I was told that the drive belt should have been included and changed at the same time so since I can’t get in touch with them I have to assume that the information the other shop gave me is correct! So NOW I’m pissed and feel as if they aren’t treating me as well as I thought they were! I really don't like feeling like I've been taken advantage of!"

I think the best place to take your car for professional work are going to be transmission specialty shops because that’s going to be some of the most technical work you can have done to a car.
