"Was having problems with a shimmy on my 2010 Ford Ranger. Was recommended to contact Cottman Transmission about the issue. Thinking that I 'd have to wait to have them look at the truck, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner Bob told me to bring down the truck immediately so they could take a look at it. Their technician took it on a test drive, then the owner put it up on the lift to check out the truck. After a lengthy discussion, a plan of action was proposed. "You towed my car "for free" and then after calling back about the engine parts and labor replacement at an outrageous price because I couldn't afford for the cost, you all want to keep my car for hostage and make me pay $75 for a tow/storage fee, I have to pay this to get my car from YOUR LOT!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE TO HELP A LOW INCOME FAMILY AND HAVE FINANCIAL ISSUES!!! NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU!! TIRE CITY QUOTED ME $2000 FOR AN ENGINE PARTS AND REPLACEMENT AND THIS PLACE QUOTED ME $4000!!! SERIOUSLY A RIP OFF!!!"
