"The team at Cottman exceeds expectations each time. They are one of the fairest and most competent shops in Lancaster. We had an issue where my daughter's car was having issues while at college in Philly. The local shop in Philly told her she needed a new transmission for $2500. We spoke with Cottman and they wanted to see the car since they had worked on it recently and did not believe a new transmission was needed... THEY WERE RIGHT... they saved us almost $2000!!! Will use Cottman for years to come."

I had trouble with my car's transmission when I was visiting Lancaster and was stuck in the middle of nowhere but Cottman Lancaster took very good care of me and helped me out in every possible way.

"I have been having trouble with my car lately so I do what any normal person would and I went and had it looked at. They proceeded to tell me my transmission was fine. So the problem continued and now it's getting worse. Well I checked my transmission fluid tonight and DIDN'T EVEN GET A READING ON THE DIP STICK! Literally NOTHING! Bone freaking dry! Isn't that there job? To check cars out and find out what's going on with them. 4.3 stars my ass! No one go there I question if the even know what there talking about.
