"The owner Mark was very nice and looked over my transmission and ran diagnostics on it for no charge after my accident to make sure it was all sound since it felt weird. Very lovely people. A little hard to get into, but I suck at parking so that's not their fault, nor is it their fault that Broadway just sucks in general. I really appreciated Mark being honest with me and not trying to swindle me into services and repairs I didn't need. I recommend them highly!"

"Traveled from Montana, was having transmission issues, took the vehicle initially to another mechanic shop who recommended Cottman. They determined that it was a faulty alternator that was not supplying enough charge for the transmission to operate properly. They squeezed me in and went above and beyond my expectations!!! Didn't charge me anything, even though I caused them a lot of headache of getting me in with their very busy schedule. They could have replaced it for me but told me to go back to the initial mechanic, because they could replace the alternator for cheaper labor costs! Very Professional staff and owner/ manager.
