"The folks at Cottman Transmission of Cedar Park are very reliable and honest which is hard to find in this day and age. I have a 2010 ford f150 pickup. Ford had the brilliant idea of putting the transmission dipstick underneath the body of the vehicle and require a special machine and transmission fluid to do the service. Of course I'm sure this was designed to give the ford dealerships all of the business for transmission fluid changes. Rather than get ripped off by a Ford Dealership on maintenance, I took my vehicle to Cottman and they did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any service needs you may have with your vehicle."

"I'm terrible with names, but the guy that manages the place was very helpful and courteous. I had hit a deer on the way home, and had taken my car to several places to get it repaired, but only these people were willing to take care of me when others didn't. If I had gone to an actual body shop, it would have cost more to fix, so they were able to save me a few(hundred) bucks."

"John was absolutely fantastic! Our daughter had just purchased a vehicle in CO and had to leave it with us in TX over Christmas when she was on leave from the Army because there was an oil leak and the lot she bought it from in CO refused to do anything about it. We went to a dealership of the make vehicle she has and they quoted $5k to fix! The price seemed out of line. We went to Cottman and they did a thorough evaluation of the vehicle and found that not everything the dealership said needed to be replaced actually needed to be replaced. In fact the fixes needed were $2k, less than 1/2 of what the dealership quoted. John even offered to prioritize what would need to be taken care of immediately vs. what could wait a little longer based on our daughter's limited budget. John also told us to bring the vehicle in to take a final look at it before our daughter drove it all the way back to CO to be sure everything was good-to-go. I am very impressed with John's honesty and integrity...something very difficult to come by in this industry sometimes. Thank you John and Cottman Transmission!"
