"My wife took my car for state inspection and they failed it, telling her it needed a new tie rod and they could fix it that day for $250. We refused and took it to an independent repair service to do the repair, but they said the station was likely scamming us as the entire front end was fine. Took the car back myself and asked them to show me what was bad and they could not - they said it must have "tightened up from driving", and passed the inspection, with not even an apology. They're convenient, but I won't ever go back."

"I have had my car serviced here twice. The first time, somehow while my car was being serviced they broke the front passenger window. I vowed never to come back. But my dad offered to help me get my snow tires changed out, and I forgot to warn him away from this place; the people at the shop convinced him we needed new tires, which he trustingly bought. (The "old" tires were practically new.) My car could break down across the street and I would have it towed somewhere else to be repaired."
"Nice prices, but not much groserries"
"BEWARE, RIP OFF! STAY AWAY! This place is unfortunately one of those rip off garages that tries to sell you more and more service and parts when you bring your car in for one repair and tells you it's a must! I've been to good shops that care about building a long-term reputation and customer base, shops that are attentive to your wallet and don't try to get every dollar they can from you. Not a trustworthy place, sorry to say because the location is good... "
"They added a service charge to the inspection cost as their way of making more money on inspections despite the state requiring the same price. It's a scam, but not worth me arguing for $5"
"This is the third time we've used them for a repair. The service is quicker than a dealer and less expensive, they will get parts same day or next morning,..."
