"The best in the business that is for certain. No one has shot me straighter than these guys here. They'll save you a ton of money and time. My new and first choice for my 4Runner. You've gained a lifetime customer thank you!!"
"Fast and friendly. Professional and accommodating. Got me in for a last minute pre-purchase inspection (peace of mind is well worth the cost!). When I later noticed a couple headlight bulbs missing and I didn't see it on the report, they owned the documentation mistake and promptly repaired them for me. This gained my respect and trust even more. I recommend them and plan to return if my Prius needs any other service."
"Had a timing belt job done on my LX470 several months ago. Fast forward a few months and I was having some other work done by a different mechanic who noticed an oil leak and said it may be coming from behind the timing belt covers. So I called TOYEXUS to ask them to take a look since there's a warranty on their work. They scheduled a day for me to come in. When I arrived, they said I need to reschedule because they might not get the parts needed due to a show storm. Weather is not their fault, so I rescheduled and left. The next time I went in, they told me they pulled it apart and it wasn't coming from the timing belt and pointed to somewhere else. After a few questions, they admitted that they didn't pull it apart and only put it up on the lift. When I asked why they didn't pull it apart to take a look, I was told they didn't know I wanted them to look at the timing belt and they didn't have time for that. I went home, cleaned and monitored the area that they said the leak was coming from for a few days and found no leak. I call back and let them know what I find and express that I'm having a hard time trusting them after what I've been told up to this point. The call is a little contentious, but I'm told I need to bring it in and they will actually pull it apart this time and take a look. I dropped my vehicle off the next morning and less than an hour later, they call me to tell me they pulled everything apart and found no leak. Also, since they determined it wasn't the timing belt, there's going to be a charge of $890 to put it back together. I'm obviously shocked at that number and ask why it is so high. I was told it's what the book says it costs and that it's a 6 hour job. I questioned why it took less than an hour to take apart and why it will take 5 more hours to put back together. After a bit more of this contentious back and forth, I ask why no one told me it would cost this much to take a look and if I knew, I wouldn't have brought my car in to them. I also ask if there was anything they can do to help me out since it was a lot of money I wasn't planning to spend. I'm put on hold and then when they come back, they ask me what I think is fair to pay. I say it should only take 1-2 more hours to put back together so they quoted me $420. Then they quotes me the job to repair where they say the leak is coming from, 17 hours at $2300. I said I don't have the money for jobs like that and once again ask if there's anything they can do. They come down to $250. I agree to that and they said it'd be done in the next hour or two. When I go pick up my vehicle, they actually tell me there's no charge and let me go. At the end of the day, I was at their mercy, and I was grateful that they didn't force a frivolous $890 bill on me. However the entire experience was very unpleasant to say the least. I don't believe that they stand behind their work by how defensive they got when they were asked straight forward questions about how things were done. Quoting a 6 hour $890 job to essentially punish me for bringing my car back in seems like an unethical business practice."
"Has there been a change in ownership??? I have used them in the past and been very happy...however, this visit required a rear brake job on my Lexus 350. To begin with, the bill charged $70 for diagnosis, which I understand if I had waited on the repair or went somewhere else for the work. I question it upon paying but Anthony confirmed the charge. Additionly, the rear brake job was $470, the dealer just quoted me $309 - I am sooo disappointed!"
"I always take my car here and they do a great job."
