"This is an amazing shop! I called and told Jacob about the trouble I was having with my blower motor in an old model nissan. The air flow pressure with my heat and AC was gone. He scheduled me an appt 2 business days later. The repair that needed to be done is very detailed and many shops wont even perform it. You have to take a good chunk of the car apart including the driveshaft to even get in a position to diagnose the issue. It is a daunting repair. This shop however knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly what to do. I really appreciate how friendly, respectful, and up front Jacob was. When I told him what I thought was wrong he really seemed like he listened and wanted to help. There was an upfront estimate about the diagnostic and the repair. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am and Jacob called me mid-day with an update. By 3:15 the car was ready for me. His Mechanic Leo was fast and wonderful and even though the model of my car makes the innerworkings bunched together he still worked hard and took care of this for me. I really appreciate the team at Cliff's Direct Effect. I am excited to have found such a good and honest mechanic to work with and wish Jacob, Leo, and the whole team all the blessings life can bring. Thank you, April"

"Nice Staff. Honest and price conscious. Upfront with there own limitations. If you want to dress up you ride, they have more than enough options. They can handle most daily driver repair. They should probably take the word performance out of their name, so customers don't come in with false expectations. They haven't even heard of corner scales. They are listed as doing exhaust, and electrical, but do not provide these services. They are upfront about not having these services, but they listed as having them. It definitely all show and no go, but like I said all the freon and fluids were done well and at good price."
