2009 Hyundai Santa Fe
"We had our Toyota Highlander in for a few specific things, as well as anything that was necessary at 100,000 miles, which it was just 30 miles from. We brought the vehicle in on a Monday mid morning and were able to pick up up on Wednesday early afternoon which I thought was quite quick considering everything that was being done. I appreciated being able to communicate with the manager via text, phone or email. I got a text reply quickly when I had a question and the itemized list of items that were going to be fixed came in an email format where I could choose exactly what I wanted fixed or replaced.... using check boxes. All very tech friendly indeed. The building and interior is spotlessly clean and feels like a comfortable living room. There is a bar type setup in the waiting room where you can see the work going on through large windows. The waiting room is large for a five or six bay garage, I would say it would seat eight people easily and there is free coffee. The bathroom is very clean. The staff was extremely nice. I met the manager and the owner and both were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The results we got were great and the price was quite reasonable, I thought. I would recommend them."

"Needed a A/C Condenser replaced on my truck, they were able to replace it within 6 hours of me dropping it off. I was very pleased with the end price and all around service I received. "The staff was friendly and the shop was very clean and far surpassed my expectations of any previous location I've been to for similar services- it felt more like a coffee shop than a mechanics. The owner was very nice and ridiculously accommodating, offering for me to come in before opening time and drop me at my classes nearby so I wouldn't be late, even though I was taking advantage of a free oil-change offer. They dropped the car off when it was ready, and the ability to have my car ready and waiting for me at the end of the day was amazing. They texted the results of the inspection as well as the pricing for any additional services they found along with a suggested timeline for when those would be necessary. This was very helpful as I could check that easily between classes without having to duck out to take a phone call! I recommended you to pretty much everyone I ran into the week after my service and would absolutely recommend you to anyone who asked."
