"I was very clear that I wanted to get the 105,000 K scheduled maintenance for Acura. When I got there, they weren't clear what I wanted done until I explained to them what I had paid for. As far as I know, they did the oil change, tire rotation and changing of the spark plugs. But I believe, none of the other recommendation off the scheduled maintenance was not done. Please ask them to confirm or please refund back my money."

"Efficient, effective, friendly, fast. What more could you possibly want from your automotive repair center? I brought my car in early (0730). The customer service rep said that the shop would call me when the car was ready for pickup. Shops routinely say that but often fail to notify you when the car is ready for pickup. Not Charles. They texted and called. I really appreciated the extra effort to keep me informed. I plan to use them again for my other car. Highly recommend. Thanks!"

"DO NOT GO HERE FOR ENGINE WORK. Went back in January to replace pump, spark plugs, and tracking belt. They gave me an overpriced tag for the work - which I was able to haggle down by informing them of other cheaper locations. 20 minutes after I pick up, my car won’t start in a parking lot I stopped by. They tell me that they will come over to help, but failed to inform me that they weren’t coming for some time about an hour later. After finally picking o my car and checking it, they tell me nothing is wrong. My car starts to act weird again two weeks later. I call to inform them that yet again there’s a problem. They laugh at me on the phone saying that I wasn’t in their customer system and that I probably called the wrong place. I take my car elsewhere and the mechanic tells me that a few things were not entirely screwed in and could have caused me engine to explode. A few more weeks pass by and something else goes wrong in my car. I take it to another mechanic and they say that the spark plugs are also not screwed in entirely. I am currently sitting at this mechanics place waiting for the spark plugs to be fixed because god forbid will I ever go back to Charles Automotive. Why would I want them to screw up my car again? Bottom line, sloppy, overpriced work is why this place is not the ideal choice for car owners. Honestly, go to your local Exxon. They are much better priced and do a good job. Don’t fall into a 2+ month ordeal like I did because of this shop."
"Went to Charles Automotive for an oil change that I'd purchased through Groupon. The waiting room and the general area was very clean. Coffee and tea set up for customers. Staff were professional and friendly. With an advance appointment it took one hour for the oil change. Staff had recommendations for what the vehicle was due for but they did not make a hard sale."

"They charged out the wazzoo to fix stuff on my car and it ended up being harder to drive than before. They let me take it in again to fix whatever they did to it at no extra cost, but still, 3 hrs out of my day wasted. My dad loves this place though."
"I was so impressed by the customer service here at Charles. After being told by my dealership that I needed to pay close to $200 for one new tire, I took my car to Charles. The staff here was very polite and friendly. They patched up my tire that morning and told me to order a new TPMS sensor and then come back with it. They didn't charge me for patching up my tire that day and trusted that I would come back as recommended. I was a nobody and was blown away by their trust in me. I came back the next week and they were able to fix my tire without me paying an arm and a leg for it (not even half of what my dealership was asking). The staff at Charles is amazing. I will absolutely come back for future car services!"
